Easy steps to ordering your wedding stationery


1. Choose the design that you would like to order

2. Download the order form, print it off, fill it in and post back to Wildsugar at the
    address on the contact page.

3. When we receive your details , we will send you a confirmation of your order
    including the prices (minus postage which will be emailed later,
    according to the weight of your order)

4. When you have accepted our confirmation and arranged payment we will send you a
    proof of each item  of the stationery you have ordered, once the payment has cleared.

5. Please check your proof very carefully and if everything is perfect, please sign it
    and send it back to us at the address on the contact page.(Checking thoroughly is very
    important. If you  find a mistake later or need to add anything that was forgotten,  we will
    have to make a small charge to change it and it might affect the time schedule)
    Once we have received your signed confirmation, we will begin work on your order.

6. We will make up your order with great care and email you the postage and packing
    charge along with the final 50% of the order charge about 2-4 weeks before posting.
   Once the payment has cleared, we will email you to say we are posting the package.

7. If you have any questions we are always on the end of a phone or email!


Please send a cheque for 50% of the order value to Wildsugar Wedding Stationery.
This is a non- refundable payment and work will only begin on your order once the bank
has cleared funds.(In the future we hope to offer Paypal. )

When to order

Save the date cards - At least two months before you are planning to send them out.
(This is generally six to eight months before the wedding.It gives people time to put
your special date into their diaries as early as possible!)

Invitations - These can be sent up to five months before the wedding day.
We would therefore need your order two months before that.

Order of Service - We would need your final wording two months before the wedding.

Tableplans, table tags - We would need approved proofs about one month before the wedding day.
We will make the rest of the stationery in the order you need it ( menus, thank you's,
placecards, favour boxes etc )but we would appreciate it if you could give us at least
a months notice for these items, so that we can be sure of posting them to you in time.
If however , you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us anyway, because we will always
try and do our best to help you.



Envelopes are included in the price for Save the date cards, Invitations and thank you cards.
These will vary according to the fragility or depth of each design. When you order a sample
we will include the envelope in that sample so you can see what it looks like.
All the envelopes are of excellent quality.

For designs that need more protection , especially for travelling through the post, we can
provide a beautiful pearl white postal box. These are £1.30 each and need to be  ordered
at the  same time as your stationery.



All orders are despatched by Royal mail Special Delivery - next day -  and will need
to be signed for.We will email you the prices of postage and packing .
